Launched in 2015, AhaMove is our on-demand platform that provides instant delivery services for merchants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City via motorbikes, tricycles and trucks. AhaMove has now become a market leader by volume of daily transactions. We continue to broaden services, expand customer base and grow driver infrastructure.

We are based in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with nationwide operations.
Learning And Development Specialist Duties
1. Developing and deploying Onboarding
● Accompany with BUs to understand exactly the specific job and the basic requirements
● Directly develop documents and instructions for the implementation team to implement the program
● Carry out evaluation and measurement of effectiveness after the programs
● Coordinating E-Learning system project
● Combine with specialized departments to develop documents and put them on the system
● Participate in verifying and supervising the system, reporting during the participants
3. Leadership competency development
● Based on the goals of the business and the goals of the department, the capacity of the current team to analyze training needs and build an appropriate development program
● Directly develop document and training basic soft skills training courses
4. Improving the qualifications of internal trainer
● Creating internal trainer's development roadmap
● Join in coaching, assessing and improving skills for internal trainers
● Construct a plan of professional training programs and training schedules for internal trainers
● Develop coaching program; follow and evaluate applications after the course
● Develop measurement reports from Action Plan to Performance of employees
● Planning the implementation and innovation roadmap for the project of building the succession team
● Coordinate with the LnD Manager to train and train members of the LnD team.
Key skills and qualifications
● From 2 years of experience in the field of Training & Development
● Graduated College, University specialized in Human Resource Management, Economics or related subjects
● Have mindset about customer service
● Progressive, eager to learn, careful and meticulous
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
● English with intermediate level
● Basic content design training and lecturing skills
● Skills to analyze training needs
● Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees and managers.
● Strong team player and willingness to assist team members as needed.
