GHN is seeking a Fulfillment Business Development Manager to lead the development and growth of fulfillment services.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Generate new business partners by researching leads, developing entrance strategies, and qualifying prospects fulfillment needs
Create and drive your own sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives
Prepare quotes and contracts to prospective business partners and gain lucrative opportunities
Training, coaching and managing Sales and Account Executives allowing for maximum visibility of the fulfillment services portfolio and perform the revenue and profit target.
Communicate with account executives and operations to ensure customer accounts receive the highest level of service while acting as point of contact for customer service related needs
Understand and communicate warehouse management software abilities, updates, and changes to suit customer needs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to generate new sales revenue independently
Have the drive, assertiveness, passion, and dedication to succeed in the logistics and supply chain industry
Ability to work independently while supporting an overall team mentality
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Qualifications
Summary of Experience and Education:
2yrs + experience in third party warehouse, supply chain and fulfillment services
2yrs + experience in outside business development
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Transportation or other related field of study preferred.
