[GHN Fulfillment] Business Development Manager - Hồ Chí Minh

GHN is seeking a Fulfillment Business Development Manager to lead the development and growth of fulfillment services.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Generate new business partners by researching leads, developing entrance strategies,  and qualifying prospects fulfillment needs

  • Create and drive your own sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives

  • Prepare quotes and contracts to prospective business partners and gain lucrative opportunities

  • Training, coaching and managing Sales and Account Executives allowing for maximum visibility of the fulfillment services portfolio and perform the revenue and profit target.

  • Communicate with account executives and operations to ensure customer accounts receive the highest level of service while acting as point of contact for customer service related needs

  • Understand and communicate warehouse management software abilities, updates, and changes to suit customer needs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to generate new sales revenue independently

  • Have the drive, assertiveness, passion, and dedication to succeed in the logistics and supply chain industry

  • Ability to work independently while supporting an overall team mentality

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently                              


Summary of Experience and Education: 

  • 2yrs + experience in third party warehouse, supply chain and fulfillment services

  • 2yrs + experience in outside business development

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Transportation or other related field of study preferred.
